Lisa Cook Soyars graduated from Texas High School is 1994. She then received her Bachelor's Degree in Communications-Public relations from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2001.
She met and married Matthew 18 years ago and are raising three amazing kids (William 16, Ben 14 and Sophia 8). Continuing her educational goals, Lisa received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2021. She is licensed in Louisiana and will work along side her husband in their new firm.
As someone who has grown up in the Texarkana area, she is an active member of the community and advocates for several community causes.

Matthew Quinn Soyars received his Bachelor's degree from East Texas State University in 1996. Two years later, he graduated with his Master of Science in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Dedicated to his educational pursuits, Matthew then went on to Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2001.
The following year, he was admitted to the Texas Bar and then to the Arkansas Bar in 2003.

Matthew is also admitted to practice in five Federal Courts including the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas United States District Courts, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas United States District Courts, and United State District Court for the District of Colorado.
Matthew believes in giving every client the one-on-one attention they deserve and conveys an immediate interest in not only the case but the overall well-being of the client.

Stephanie began working as a Legal Assistant in 2000 then became a Certified Paralegal after completing classes at University of Arkansas, Little rock in 2003.
One of her proudest accomplishments in the legal field was working as a Lead Paralegal with a large law firm involved in the British Petroleum Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill that occurred in 2010. She worked on the front line to help over 1,000 businesses and 20 governmental entities in litigation against BP to ensure that clients received their entitled compensation.
She has worked with Matthew and his team for many years and strives to go above and beyond for the clients of Soyars & Soyars.
